I recently enjoyed a lovely stay in a room with stunning lake views and a charming balcony perfect for relaxation. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and provided great local tips, which enhanced our experience. Dining was exceptional, particularly the half-board dinner that featured a variety of delicious options. The convenience of having the ferry right across the street made exploring the area easy and fun. One aspect I believe could be improved is the breakfast variety, which became a bit repetitive after a few days.

It was incredibly frustrating, especially in such a supposedly premium hotel. The inconsistency ruined my experience, making it less productive and quite maddening.
